is the question complete???????

You didn't mention charges nor magnitude.
However, I guess that the Rod AB forms One Dipole while the ROD CD forms the other dipole and you need to find the electric force between them. If you able to do (try atleast 5/6 times) now, then let us know, else Me or someone will post the solution.
I am sorry.Both contain charge Q uniformly distributed on the surface.It will not form a dipole.
dF = \frac{1}{4\pi\epsilon _0}\frac{\rho^2 dx dy }{(x+y)^2} \\ \\ F=\int_{\frac{a}{2}}^{\frac{a}{2}+l}\int_{\frac{a}{2}}^{\frac{a}{2}+l}{\frac{1}{4\pi\epsilon _0}\frac{\rho^2 dx dy }{(x+y)^2}} \\ \\ \boxed{F=\frac{Q^2}{4\pi\epsilon_0L^2}\ln{\left( \frac{\left(a+l \right)^2}{a\left(a+2l \right)}}\right)}
