a non conducting rod - total charge q and length l is rotated about centre of mass with constant angular velocity w.magnetic moment of rod=?????

my method:-i took a small element dx at a distance x from centre and calculated charge dq on it.

now dI=dq*f and then M=dI*A

but getting a wrong answer.plz help
