let ω0 be resonant frequency (angular).
actual frequency =ω (<ω0)
thus XL =Lω < Lω0
and XC = 1ωC > 1ω0C
hence clearly circuit is capacitive

In a series LCR circuit the frequency of the source is half of the resonance frequency. Then how can I comment about the nature of the circuit,,,like whether it is capacative or inductive or purely resistive??
