SOl:
Let X be axis thru centre of plate and perpendicular to plane of plate
Consider axis BB' and its perpendicular axis (say CC').
As the square plate is as symmetrical about BB' as it is about CC',
So MOI(BB') = MOI(CC')
but according to perp. axis theorem,
MOI(BB') + MOI(CC') = MOI(X) ... (1)
But MOI(AA') = MOI(X)/2 .. (2) (Use perp. axis thm with itself and a perpendicular axis)
=> MOI(BB') = MOI(AA') = Io
