take 2 arcs -one on left side and one right side ..both wioll have emf E=Blv respectively....
hence net emf abt PQ =0

yes,iitcomin is right......emf induced is zero when we consider the whole loop....not between P and Q....!!!

if flux is not changing ,then emf induced is definitely 0.but if flux changes then induced emf is 2brv. taking half rings, parallel circuit is formed.

yeah my mistake..i misinterpretted the question...i thought net emf of loop....

mona the flux need not change ......... this is something called motional emf ......
