The cuurent in magnet cretes magnetic field in upward direction.
So, the poles on solenoid are corrrect..........
&&&& on the rail upward flux inc. when coil approaches .This creates downward magnetic field due to which clockwise current. So, pole S
also correct.
Clearly on the raril behind the brake upward flux dec. so upwardmagnetic field so anti clock current
