we know that KE avg =K_bT/2
when temp inc. => avg KE increases => drift speed naturally increases

also resistance and restivity are directly related to temp

=> the only qty that doesnt change on temp change is no. of free electrons

eure we can have thermal energy produced by the current may exceed the ionisation energy so there by we can produce more free electron.
