aieee status

i m fm maharashtra general
i got 97 while cut off was 100
message was
Not Permitted to fill up choices online for counseling
so does it mean i cant get admission in any aieee college ?
its given there rare 4 rounds of admission counseling, so is there any chance that i will get counseling ? maybe 2nd , 3rd or 4th round ?

no....not in the NITs....he will definitely get admission in local engineering colleges on Maharashtra..!!
