BITS is definitely tougher than VIT...
English level is gud and reasoning is faaltu
hi all,
i had some questions for BITSAT actually:
1. Any relative rating as to which one, VIT or BITSAT, is tougher?
2. Any questions u remember from bitsat?
3. how should i go about attempting the paper? i mean which subject should i attempt first?
4. what is the level of questions in the english and reasoning section?
5. for inorganic chemistry, i am refering to o.p.tandon, is it worth the time? or should i refer to any other specific book?
6. what about biomolecules and environmental chem? how tough is it?
7. any questions on semi-conductors or telecommunication and satellites were asked or are in syllabus? i referred to the syllabus but there's no mention of any such topic..
8. did u/are u taking up any test series in particular while preparin for bits?
sorry for the large volume of questions..lol..hope to see some replies soon.
thanks

I dont think there's a need for any test series...and for inorg OP Tondon is gud... Biomole.. adn env chem is as usual mostly information based...
BITS is not that tough...
stick to NCERT ...
speed is wat matters .. and nothing else..
doing 150 qs in 180 mins is a tough task.. and if u do all of them [not necessarily correct i think] u get bonus questions.
neways, jus go with NCERT.
and yeah, the biomolecules part is quite tough there..
they give certain things which u may have never seen..
but ... then, do the rest [1]
@ sky: thanks a lot..i actually did biomolecules as a project topic for 12th chem to cover for bits..but it tough like hell!..lol..esp for maths ppl..
@kartik : english and logical reasoning is pretty easy..
