How many attempts are allowed at aieee.Like suppose someone who wrote aieee in 2011 on a drop year basis!(that is aieee 2011 was hi SECOND ATTEMPT)Are any more attempts left for him/her?

There are three attempts allowed at aieee.The person who gave aieee 2011 on a drop year basis has one more chance left.Because it was his only second chance.
