Get a book..
Arihant publications.. Physics Olympiads..
I had cleared NSEP .. could not do InPhO (my only remorse till date)
NSEP me just u need to have nice IITJEE physics preparations.. And answer To-The-Point for subjective thing
And the Arihant Publications book will give u enough practice for InPhO! [1]

I guess u can also ask your school authorities to conduct the test (i.e. provide a test centre in your school) in case too many are interested! :)

one more book which i came across on nsep( recommended only for stage 1) is PHYSICS OLYMPIADS problems and practice by KK SHARMA
http://www.flipkart.com/b/books/physics-olympiad-sharma-nsep-phase1-book-8183552595
its a very nice book containing last 6 years papers of nsep (solved ) and lots of subjective and objective questions too)

Use Irodov to understand the basic Physics problems... It is there in arihant though.. but still Irodov is a very good starting point...
See princeton problem collection and the 200 puzzling problems in physics...
