i am in serious trouble, i just got 78% marks in my boards , i wanted to know how imporatnt will these marks be when i graduate from a collage and look for job or during placements... do recruters give imporatnce to these marks???if yes and to what extend....
and normally what they look for in candidate..
plzz help
