29Maybe RPF meant that the name of the Recommended books written there are very much abv the aieee standards..they have recommended Irodov Krotov and Finar and all such books...

I guess may be this is the first such list that you may have seen. That is why you are shocked.. most of these lists are copied from a common source.. (one person does the hard work.. ohthers simply google that page and copy paste :D)
