2^m-2ⁿ=56

2ⁿ(2^m-n-1)=8.7

now you can solve it?

Q1. no of elements in A = m
we have to find no. of ordered pairs (x,y,z) x,y,z belonging to A

So, the total no. of pairs = mC1*(m-1)C1*(m-2)C2*3!

which u shud get as (m³ - 3m² + 2m)*6

But if u want just selection of pairs then it wud be m³ - 3m² + 2m
