It can be divided into parts log 3log 20=0.470.33+1= 0.35 SO (a) , (d) options are correct

log₂₀3= log₁₀3/(log₁₀2+1) = 0.4771/1.3010 = 0.3667

so option (b) is correct

basically u can also analyse as soumik has done (but if the power was somewhat like 1/4 or 1/5 then i donno) log values are best
