since this is a GP....
Sn=a/1-r
=1/1-1
=undefined.......
so 1+1+1+!= undefined?????? or is it n???? hehe
the basic condition to use the the formula is that |r|<1
Experts this is very easy so please dont tell d answer.....but lets see

x=-iy
x/y=-i
(x/y)2=(-i)2
(x/y)2=-1
x2=-y2
x=iy
==>x-iy=0....................2

1MANIPAL.............its not r<1..........the condition is r≠1..........hehehe
1r can be greater than one also.........then it wud be r-1 in d denominator.............
