- Moumita Sen O- does not have the Rh factor. O+ has the Rh factor and can elicit an antibody response when donated to a person who is Rh negative. O- can be donated to everyone, O+ can be donated to only people with Rh postive blood groups.Upvote·0· Reply ·2013-06-06 02:35:50
