AB- blood has A and B antigens and no Rh Factor. So a person with what blood group can it be donated to?

If AB- blood is transmitted to AB+ blood, at first no reaction will occur. But in the transmission, of AB- blood to the same AB+ blood, reaction will occur and the recipient will die after 1-2 days.
- Moumita Sen Why will there be a reaction in this case?

- jinia pal in the second transmission
- Moumita Sen That is incorrect. AB- blood can in fact be donated to an AB+ person. The AB part is the same, so no problem. AB- blood has no Rh factor, so no antibody response will be elicited.
- jinia pal i guess you are confused about this

Which part is confusing to you? Why according to you will there be a reaction in the second transmission?
- jinia pal If RH+ blood is given to RH- patient, the latter will develops anti-RH antibodies. Subsequent transfusion of RH+ blood results in agglutination, with serious consequences.

Read the question carefully. AB- blood is being given to an AB+ person, not the other way round.
