In the Vedas of class IX, i has been said that light saturation occurs at 10% of the full sunlight. But in the Chakravyuh test analysis, it is said that the percentage of light energy fixed in photosynthesis is generally around 1%. Which one is the correct answer? Please inform.

Both are correct.
If a graph is plotted of the rate of photosynthesis vs sunlight intensity, it increases until about 10% of full sunlght, after which it becomes constant. This is called light saturation.
Plants convert only about 1-4% of the light they absorb into chemical energy, which was what was asked in Chakravyuh.
These two are different things.
