hi can someone please tell me how much do we need to know about these topics mentioned in BITSAT syllabus and where to find them??

-Replication, transcription an protein synthesis, protein code
-lipids , hormones , vitamins, classification, structure and functions in biosystems

I wouldn't be so sure. You ought to take an Arihant book or something. They have the extra stuff well noted. BITSAT does have a little extra in most of its chapters in the syllabus.
