once it forms H3O+ then it becomes positive already!
I dont see how it will attract another +vely charged H+ to itself!
May be I am wrong but this seems to be the most simple justification!

i thot d sem thing, but in d case of a cation, it's losin e- . Duznt depend on the bonds or nythin.
title co-ordinate bonding hai, but duz e- transfer tek place in co-ordinate bonds...NH3 nd all?
