Volume of hydrochloride gas at STP = 1.12L
22.4L = 1 mole
1.12L = 0.05 mol of hydrogen chloride gas
HCl →H+ + Cl-
initial 0.05 - -
consumed 0.05 - -
formed - 0.05 0.05
moles of Cl- = 0.05 per liter
[cl-]=0.05/2.5
=o.02 molar

sindhu temperature given is 298 K not 273 K
so you cant say
22.4 L is one mole
