1. 2F2 + H2O (COLD) ----------> 4 HF + O2
3F2 + H2O (HOT)---------> 6 HF + O3
5. River water contains colloidal particles which constitute charge and seawater is a storehouse of electrolytes. Where rivers and seas meet, coagulation occurs due to addition of electrolyte to colloid. This causes silting of the estuary, which is why a delta is formed.
