why the centre of gravity of a nascar car is kept near the ground?

Keeping the CG of a fast car towards the ground because when turning, the higher cars have a greater chance to topple
(How many times have you seen a truck that has toppled.? ) compare that to the number of times you see cars topple in real life :)

The answer to the first question depends on how accurate you want the FBD to be..
I mean what are the things on the Jumbo jet.. Do you want the upthrust on the wings? or on the rear tail ..
THere can be innumerable forces on the jumbo jet...!!
