a test tube is taken with a volume V filled with water upto brim . it is slowly turned such that (if we consider that the test tube is rotated at +ive x axis starting from the tip of the base of test tube) at a particular angle ∂ from x axis the volume of water left in the tube is 1/2 V. now the water that is falling what should the d∂/dt (i.e. change in angle)such that the water falling dV/dt is constant . assume any thing for mesurement of tube .?
