62Try to mail them by post (Registered) another page with just your thumb impressions and mention to them the application number or even send them a xerox of the same.
Keep a copy of the reciept you get from the post office
The problem is that if you call them no one will pick the call and no one will really know what you should do..
Go to the exam center with a copy of both...
Most of the formalities will come much later and most of the time they do not reject forms... So dont worry beyond what is in your control...
