Therefore

1 - {x} + 1 - {y} > 1
{x} + {y} <1

Therefore the shape of the triangle will be the same in all quadrants

For fourth quadrant
x is positive y is negative
{x} + 1 - { y} > 1
{x} > {y}

therefore the shape of the triangle will reamin the same
