1st quad graph, neither y nor x=0 ever....
minma at x=1;

f''(x) > 0 till x<3;

f''(x) < 0 for x>3;

so the convexities/concavities determinned accordingly.......

they swap at x=3....
ie f''(x) = 0 at x=3
