Ans 1 shud be minimum at equilibrium
Ans 2..if T1 > T2 then the reaction shud be endothermic...as in endothermic reaction on increasing the temperature equilibrium shifts in forward direction so reactants are consumed faster so half life decreases..
for 1 the positive or negative depends on the value of the equilibrium constant,i hope dat the two qns are multiple choices.

for 2: It can be both endothermic or exothermic
