If we dont know the exact values,should we go for option A although there is an option like D(none of these) ?

The answer is A..
@ronak...Neon is larger than Fluorine...
Actually the radius of fluorine is calculated as covalent radius..coz fluorine atoms exist in diatomic form
whereas the radius of neon is calculated as Van der waal radius coz it exists in mono-atomic form
