see...write the configuration of all the elements
Cr 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 4s1 3d5
Mo ns1 (n-1)d5
Cu 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 4s1 3d10
Zn 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 4s2 3d10
So in case of Cr and Mo both valence and penultimate shells are partially filled..whereas in case of Cu valence shell is partially filled..in case Zn both shells are fully filled
