13At the start the CM was at the centre of the ball....then as the water is coming out the CM lowers(due to greater mass distribution at the bottom)...but after sometimes the mass of the ball becomes significant...and the CM rises again...when the ball becomes empty its CM again comes to the centre of the ball....
6well initially when the complete sphere was filled with water the centre of mass would be same as that of a solid sphere that is its geometrical centre! when water starts coming out the centre of mass shifts down because the water would be concentrated in the lower part of the sphere but when the complete sphere is empty again it become a spherical shell hence the centre of mass would again be at the geometrical centre!!!!!!!
