A ring rotates about its axis z which is perpendicular to its plane of roatation xy. At a certain instant the acceleration of the particle on the ring is {(6)i-(8)j}m/s2. find the angular acceleration of the ring and the angular velocity at that instant, the radius of the ring being 2m.

small hint: think of tang and normal acc....
For who want another hint:
Hey just try component of acc tangential to circle/R will give ang acc....
and component of acc normal be aN,
maN=mv2/R....this will give v
