see when the bullet collides it has an horizontal velocity 10cos37°=8m/s
now apply momentum conservation in in horizontal direction as initially no net force on block bullet system
m*8=(m+m)v1+2mv2
now as the bullet is sticks to the block so velocity of separation =0
=>v1=mv1+2mv2/3m
=>v1=v2
=>v1=v2=2
iz the answer correct

no sorry..it is not correct..i know upto tis thta the block will not move together.........
