A stone of mass 100g is suspended from the end of a weightless string of length 1 m & is allowed to swing in a vertical plane.The speed of the mass is 2m/sec.find the speed of the stone at its lowest point...when the string makes an angle 60° with the vertical?

i need a explanation on finding the height of the stone when it is at an angle of 60°...

This question is a bit okish.

You should try and solve it by using conservation of energy.

If you dont get the answer, please ask again. But I think you are missing the whole energy conservation point here.

actually i knew how to solve it...but actually i was getting confused in finding out the height....when the stone is at an angle 60 °.....though i know now....
