If the initial point is set as origin,the qn asks abt lt_x-0^-f(x).Where f(X) is the netforce.

velocity is √2gR which is obtained from WE principle.

Drawing FBD when it just reaches the plane, it still undergoes a circular motion, so u have to consider the centrifugal force as well.
