theres a low pressure layer created over the water due to the high velocity of air hence the liquid rises !!!!!!!!!!

see, when the aeroplane moves let its speed be V.
As the air moves along with the aeroplane the layer of air just alond with it will also have velocity V.
Let the layer along with plane have pressure p and just below layer have P.
Let the air below aeroplane have vel v (<<<V)
Apply Bernouilli to the layer of air just below the aeroplane and just above it.
p + ÏV2/2 = P + Ïv2
==> P-p = Ï(V2-v2)/2 ≈ ÏV2/2
So, P>p hence there is more pressure in the layer just below the plane so the water gets lifted up due 2 pressure difference.

i think applying bernoullis theorem would only give an approximation not the exact thing wat u need bargav

obviously sankara there r many other forces that wud be acting.... but he wanted its explanation by bernoulli only..
