(a) ???
a spaceship orbits the earth at a constant speed along a circular path. when an astronaut inside the spaceship releases an object, it does not move away from him.
which of the following is the most accurate reason for this?
a) the astronaut and the object move along the same circualr path due to the earth's gravitational pull.
b) an object is moving in a circular path around the earth experiences no gravitational pull.
c) the gravitational forces on the object due to the spaceship exactly blance the grav pull on it due to the earth.
d) the grav pull on the object due to the earth is very weak at a large distance frm the earth.

im still not convinced abt a but its the 'best' reason than the others
yeah it's A...
second one is completely wrong...
third one is also wrong as d gravitational force acting on d object due to space ship is very much less when compared to gravitational pull of earth...
fourth one is partly rite... but if dats true, then d object would fly away into d space... so even dat isn't d accurate reason...
so first one is correct... :)
