I about A = ml²/4 + ml²
=ml²(5/4)
Iw²/2 is the rotational energy
=5ml²w²/8
The rotation is a full circle therefore the maximum potential energy that will be gained will be mgl(for the middle one) + mg2l(for the one at B)
5ml²w²/8 = 3mgl
w² = 24g/5l
w = √(24g/5l)
