mark the triangle as ABC with the topmost point as A.
for the motion AB,
resolve gsinθ along the goove as it is constrained to move only along the groove.
=> u = 0 ; a = gsinθ*cos30° ; s = 8√3
=> s = 1/2*at2
=> t = 2s
similarly t for the motion CA = 2s
now, for BC
using the above conditions find final velocity after A motion which comes out to be 8√3..so time taken = 8√38√3 = 1 s
.:. total time = 5s
