When all the blocks are taken at a time we get,
F-2gsin(30°)+2gsin(30°)+gsin(30°)=2a+2a+a
→ 5a = 40-25
→ a = 3m/s2
If we consider the 1st block (the one only joined to T1),
T1 - 2gsin(30°) = 2a
→T1=16N
Now consider the block being pulled by F,
F-T2-gsin(30°) = a
→T2 = F-(g/2)-a = 32N
You could also had considered the middle block.In that case the equation would be,
T2-T1-2gsin(30°)=2a
