load of mass m is suspended by a light spring

A heavy load of mass m is suspended by a light spring of spring constant k. The spring is slowly pulled down at the mid-point(a certain work A is done thereby) and then released.

Find:
I)The maximum kinetic energy of the load in the subsequent motion

II)The time after which the load acquired the maximum kinetic energy.

III)The distance through which the midpoint of the spring was pulled down.
