Imagine I am running with a velocity "v". So my kinetic energy wud be
E=1/2mv2. Now according to Einstein, we know that E=mc2.

Now equating both, we get

1/2mv2=mc2
==> v=√2c

tht means im even faster than light...................hahahah

But you cannot take E =mc2 for larger bodies. It is only for microscopic particles.

u r confusing intrinsic energy with kinetic energy

E = mc2 is energy released due to total conversion of matter into energy
it is sort of equal to the PE due to attraction of something unknown (higgs boson or God particle)
