What is the actual value of Reynoldâ€™s number ? In ncert and other other reference books , the values given do not match with each other?

Reynold's number is not a fixed numbers
It comes from equation. The value of Re tells about the flow condition of fluids

Pls tell the range of values

the vales given in the ncert are to b followed

but in all other books, including hcverma, the values are different from ncert
