is the particle in the frame about whose z axis theres rotation or is the observer in that frame??????????????????

the observer shudnt affect the particle .... unless u go to very wierd situation which were described by eistien[3] ......

I am sorry Only this much is given in the ques and i think the observer is in the frame which is rotating about z axis

i dont think rotating refrence frame is in syllabus............otherwise corolosis force will aplllied and we get ans through that....maybe another method also exists?
