Ya...it happens that a spherical ball rolls on another one...and this rolling happens..until normal reaction between the balls become zero...at that time upper ball will slide and then fall down..
1.CAN A SPHERICAL BODY ROLL ON ANOTHER SPHRICAL BODY...EXPLAIN WITH EXAMPLE
2.WHY IS IT THAT A FREEWHEEL IN A CYCLE HAS LARGER DIAMETER THAT A GEAR WHEEL
3ASSUME A BIG SPHERE WHICH ENCOMPASSES THE MOON AROUND THE EARTH AND THE MOON MOVES ON THIS SPHERE.IS THE MOON SLIDING OR OR ROLLING.GIVEN THE TIME TAKEN FOR ROTATION ABT ITS AXIS iS 30 days n time for revolution is 30 days...

in q2) i think that in the free wheel the torque due to friction enables the motion of the wheel, but in case of the gear wheel it opposes the motion as a result we need to do more work if the wheel is larger.I am not sure sry if it is rong.
