rotational motion

a disc of mass m=1kg and radius r=1m is hanging from the roof with a light rod of length l=2m as shown in the figure.the disc can rotate freely about hinge point C and the rod can rotate freely about hinge point O . at the given instant, ω1 =2 rad/s and ω2 = 4 rad/s
find the magnitude of the total angular momentum of the disc about hinge point O(IN kg-m2/sec)....
i want to see the process of solution ,,,not the answer!!! answer is 6!!!!!

u have to take the vecctor sum of 2 angular momentums ...
1.spin angular(which is goin inside the plane) and2. the other is comin out...so u got to subtract both
