as the 2 kg block slips over the 4 kg block,
friction acting on 2kg block = 1.5*20 = 30N
and its acceleration is 15m/s2 to right
This much friction will act on 4kg block towards left. So, if the 2kg block slides, the net pulling force should provide the 4kg block with acceleration just more than 15m/s2
i.e. T-30 (friction) = 15*4
==> T = 90N
Now, Mg - T = M*15
==> 10M - 90 = 15M
==> 5M = -90
as it comes out to be negative,
THERE IS NO VALUE OF M FOR WHICH THE 2kg BLOCK WILL SLIDE OVER THE 4kg BLOCK.
