The Three mistakes which i can make out in ur working are:

1) U took the direction of F in the FBD of man wrong...its sud be upward..the string pulls the man with same force F

2) The force exerted by man on crate wont be mg...it will be different..

3) F and T will be the same force as string is massless so tension at every point will be the same..
