If the cone has to topple then it wud hav to rotate abt one end of the base of the cone nearer to the edge of the disc…….for limiting condition for toppling the torque due to centrifugal force abt one end of the cone must be equal to torque due to the weight of the cone abt one end….we know that in a solid cone COM is at a distance of h/4 above the base
so torque due to centrifugal force abt one end is mRw2.h4
torque due to weight of teh cone abt one end is mg.r
since torque equal
so mRw2.h4=mg.r
w=√(4grRh)
Will line of action of friction and centrifugal force (pseudo force) be same.
As i thnk it shud be different to counter the torque due to normal force on cone.
